The following Terms of Service governs the rights and obligations between you and UMAZING EVENTS.
By signing up, purchasing Credits and attending any of our activities, you automatically agree to our terms of service.
By participating in UMAZING EVENTS activities and events, and using UMAZING EVENTS premises, facilities, and equipment, you hereby acknowledge and agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers that may involve.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Activities, you hereby agree to the following:
The use of equipment, facilities and premises at UMAZING EVENTS is exclusive to you and is non-transferable.
To participate and be allowed admission, you are required to book the activity before they commence. UMAZING EVENTS has the sole discretion in all matters pertaining to admission, and reserves the right to deny admission for any reason, without having to disclose any reason for refusal.
You will be held liable for any loss or damage of any UMAZING EVENT’S property, including but not limited to, towels, equipment, fixtures and/or other property.
Credits purchased will automatically expire 6 months from date of purchase. Credits purchased or gifted cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
UMAZING EVENTS reserves the right to amend any existing schedules without prior notice. In the event that you booking is affected, you will receive an email informing you of the relevant changes. Once the email has been sent, it will be deemed that you have been notified of the changes. If for any unforeseen circumstances that events and activities are cancelled, participants will be refunded the used Credits.
It is your responsibility to consult a physician regarding your ability to participate in any physical related activities conducted by UMAZING EVENTS, and that participating in such activities may or may not imposes physical demands upon you.
You may injure yourself or others if you use any UMAZING EVENTS facilities and equipment without having received instructions by one of our instructors. You must seek advice from instructor or staff on the correct use when in doubt.
You shall not use any of UMAZING EVENTS facilities and equipment, or participate in any physical activities if you are unwell or whilst suffering from any infections or contagious illness, where it may be detrimental to you or other participants in UMAZING EVENTS.
Any individual who is pregnant, under medication, and/ or suffering from any medical disabilities is strongly advised to seek medical advice from a qualified practitioner before taking part in any activities in the premise of UMAZING EVENTS.
You will assume full responsibility for any injury or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you from participating in activities conducted in the premise of UMAZING EVENTS.
By participating in events and activities in UMAZING EVENTS, you consent to your photography, audio and video recording and its release and publication for UMAZING EVENT’S promotional material, broadcasting, advertising (including but not limited to website, social media) or any other purpose by UMAZING EVENTS.
By participating in events and activities, you release UMAZING EVENTS PTE LTD, its staff, instructors, representatives and contractors involved from any liability in connection with the taking, recording, publication and use of the photography, audio and video recording.
By entering the premises and participating in events and activities, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials regardless of the purpose.
You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by UMAZING EVENTS PTE LTD, its staff, instructors, representatives and contractors or any person or entity designated to do so by UMAZING EVENTS PTE LTD.
You have been informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the premises for your scheduled activity.
You waive, release and forever discharge UMAZING EVENTS, its employees, instructors, representatives and all other from any and all responsibilities, claims, rights and liabilities from injuries or damages to you or your property from the participation of activities and/ or use of facilities.
By using our website and service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms of Service, and Waiver and Release agreement. You will be giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue and, voluntarily and unconditionally release all liability from UMAZING EVENTS PTE LTD, and all its subsidiaries, staff, instructors and representatives.
The terms of this agreement is indefinite.
